At Beringer, we stand behind the quality of our gourmet food products and offer a hassle-free return process for any items that do not meet our freshness standards. Due to the perishable nature of our inventory, please initiate all requests within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Process

Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your food items.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Attach high-quality photos of the product and its packaging to help our quality control team verify the damage or defect.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions on whether the item needs to be sent back.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After approval, we will immediately process a full refund to your original payment method or ship a fresh replacement at no additional cost.
